At this stage, children development social and motor skills.
* Teachers are aware that children
at this age enjoy sharing familiar events in their lives. Discussions and
stories encourage sharing.
* Teachers also introduce behaviors to encourage positive social growth. Interaction between children is observed and children are
given the tools they need to resolve conflicts.
* Pre-school children’s gross and motor skills are developing at this
stage. Teachers address these skills though specific activities to promote improved development.
